Tae Seol (aka DJ Tek)
tek@tfst-nyc.com
Born in 1977, he grew up in New York where music played an integral part of
urban culture. He began his music career as a hip hop dj, but in 2000 his
djing career takes a pivotal turn when he discovers the sounds of trance and
electronica.. and by mid 2001, he converted fully into spinning edm...
"Trance is the most beautiful and emotional form of edm. You can listen and
dance to it with the same level of pleasure." From here, he has been growing
constantly as a dj developing a unique style with the influences from
artists such as Sasha, Dave Ralph, John 00 Fleming, Ferry Corsten and
Mixmaster Mike to name a few. His precise mixing and programming always
creates a unique atmosphere that moves the crowd with heavy dose of Breaks &
Progressive in the mix. In 2003 he has launched TFST-NYC - a monthly
residency that features TFST artists and special guest djs in an effort to
contribute to the NYC's underground club culture.

Ryan Dedios
RDD@tfst-nyc.com
Ryan was born in a small province in the Philippines where music was just another form of the pasttime.
He was raised by a single-parent that put him through intense private schooling during his childhood.
One day, he came across a quote
by St. John Bosco stating: "A house without music is like a body without a soul." Amazed and perplexed
by this quote, he embedded it in his mind not knowing that it would later stay in his heart.
When he moved to the U.S. at the age of 13, the assimilation into urban culture ignited a drastic impact on his life.
Torn by his broken family and personality, he searched the city for something that would transform him into
the person he is now. And there he found his home, his soul, and his music... trance. He saw trance
as a form of art that deeply reflects his soul. Influenced by the sounds of DJ Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, and DJ Tek himself,
his goal is to share what he feels inside and the vision that he holds.
